How do I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the post office website for real-time tracking:

This monitoring is also possible from your customer account:
Log in using your credentials.
Click on “My Orders” and select the order concerned.
In the summary table of ordered items, click on “Track delivery online” (top left)
A new window opens with tracking your package, step by step.
If your package is marked as delivered and you have not yet received it, we advise you to check your mailbox. In the event of absence at the time of delivery, the post office should have left a calling card.
For your information, the package may be delivered by another logistics partner during the second delivery attempt or to a relay point after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Please note that this may happen without prior notification. We invite you to please check the tracking link available to locate your order.
